• Upon check-in valid I.D , credit card and full payment is required. No refunds thereafter.
• Prices DO NOT include 12% Sales Tax.
• Check-out : 10:00AM , Check-in : 2:00PM .
• Holidays and Special Events may require a minimum length stay .
• All rates are for 2 adults. Extra person is $20 per night .Children under 2 years old stay free. Room maximum occupancy is 4. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Must be 21 or older to rent room.
• Deposits are required for all future reservations.

• Surf Side Resort is for registered guests only. NO VISITORS allowed on the property.
• Sorry, NO PETS of any kind.
• All rooms are NON SMOKING.
• Rates include : Daily maid service (except Sunday and major holidays), utilities, linens ( change once a week ), heat and air conditioning, heated pool, free wi-fi on the property.
